I. SUBJECT

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by the Seller to consumer users and users acting for purposes related to business activities. These general conditions are effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the website, which constitutes acceptance in accordance with Article 1341 of the Civil Code. The company reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by posting them on the website. The company shall not be held liable, contractually or extra-contractually, for any direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the partial or complete non-acceptance of an order.

II. PURCHASING PROCEDURE

The purchase of products is made by accessing the website and registering accordingly. For each product, a description containing its main characteristics is available on the website. All purchase support information should be understood as simple general informational material.

It should be understood that the image accompanying the product description may not perfectly represent its characteristics and may differ in terms of color, dimensions, and accessories shown. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the Seller through an automatic email response sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration. This confirmation message will include an “order number” to be used for any communication with the company. The message will contain all the customer’s entered data, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify their correctness and promptly communicate any corrections.

In the event of non-acceptance of the order, the seller guarantees prompt communication to the customer.

III. PAYMENT METHODS

All prices on the website are to be understood as retail prices and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the only correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation. For certain products subject to price promotions, the seller reserves the right to accept orders by reducing their quantity, subject to communication and acceptance by the customer; otherwise, the order shall be considered canceled.

In cases of payment by “credit card,” at the same time as the online transaction is completed, the relevant banking institution will authorize the charge only for the amount related to the purchase. The amount for the shipped goods, even partially, will be effectively charged to the customer’s credit card only upon delivery of the ordered material by the courier.

The dispatch of the goods takes place only after acceptance of the order and receipt of payment. In the event of order cancellation, either by the customer or in case of non-acceptance by the seller, the cancellation will be processed, and the committed amount will be released (the release time depends solely on the banking system). Once the transaction is canceled, the seller cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the release of the committed amount by the banking system.

The seller reserves the right to request additional documents from the customer to prove ownership of the credit card. In the absence of sending the documentation, the seller reserves the right not to accept the order. The security of transactions is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and by direct, protected, and certified connections.

IV. DELIVERY TERMS

For each order placed, the seller issues a sales document for the shipped material. The information provided by the customer at the time of ordering shall prevail for the issuance of the invoice.
